Refund & Return Policy

At BrimBuddies, customer satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure every order arrives exactly as expected. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Items showing signs of excessive use, damage, alteration, or misuse may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Once your return request is approved, customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item back to the designated return address. After the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with clear photos and order details so our support team can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that certain promotional, clearance, or final sale items may not be eligible for return unless required by law. BrimBuddies reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
